In this class, I designed a character named Pippa, a girl struggling with body dysmorphia. I sketched out a mind map to answer the 7 Stanislavski Questions and to get to know my character more.
After getting to know my character more, I created possible character silhouettes. There were 4 hairstyle options I initially created which were low buns, high pigtails, hair down and also low pigtail braids.
This was my initial character sheet, and I made the character 2D with the following color options. I also decided to go with the low pigtails as I felt I could be more expressive with the character. I also initially chose a brighter purple for the hair, but then I decided to change it in my final sheet to a muted color.
